ISOERP is cloud accounting and business software with one assistant. It covers the chart of accounts, journal entries and approvals, sales, purchases, inventory, bank and currencies, reports, tax packs and e-invoice drafts. Each company's books are kept separate.

Small and medium businesses, shops, distributors and oil marketing companies in Pakistan, the Gulf and other countries. Free Personal suits one person. Pro and Scale suit multi-branch groups and oil marketing companies.

Free Personal is free. For the Gulf and Middle East, Light is $25, Standard is $50 and Pro is $99 a month per company. South Asia prices are lower and Europe, Americas and Asia-Pacific prices are higher. Scale is by written quote. See the pricing page.

No. All users are included. You pay per company. The price depends on your plan and region, not on the number of users.

Yes. Every new company gets a 30-day free trial with full use. No card is needed to start.

A region is an edition, not a discount. Support hours, language, tax rules, paperwork and hosting differ. You may choose the plan that suits you. If another plan fits how you use the service, we may suggest it at renewal.

Yes. You can bring in lists and opening balances from Excel files. Our team can help you with the first import.

Old ISOERP customers can move by invitation, with their consent. Nothing is moved automatically. Your old data stays where it is until you agree.

The old ISOERP is at isoerp.khanwco.net. The new one is at nrerp.khanwco.net. The same company can have both, but they are separate accounts.

The South Asia edition supports English and Urdu. The Gulf edition supports Arabic and English.

ISOERP has tax packs and can prepare e-invoice drafts. A person reviews and confirms each one before anything goes to a tax authority. We do not claim government certification.

Yes, where available. It is a promotional extra, so we may change or limit it. It is optional, and your records never depend on it.

The assistant uses Google Gemini through its paid API. Only the data needed for your request is sent. We do not train any AI model on your data. The assistant never posts, signs or submits on its own: a person must confirm.

Yes. Each one is optional and personal. Gmail uses your own app password, lists only mails with attachments and sends only when you press Send. Drive saves into one folder our app creates. Calendar uses one calendar our app creates and reads only busy and free times. You can disconnect at any time. See the privacy policy.

On our server in France (European Union). Encrypted backups run every hour to Google Cloud Storage.

Yes. You can export your reports and records, and you can ask our team for a full export at any time. We recommend keeping your own copies.

Yes, at any time. Cancelling ends the subscription at the end of the period you have paid for.

No. Because you can try the service free for a month, paid subscriptions are not refundable.

We try again and tell the company owner. If it is still unpaid, the company becomes read-only: you can view and export, but add nothing new, until it is paid. We never delete your data for this.

By card, through Stripe. We do not store your card details.

An upgrade takes effect at once, and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Scale is for big companies and oil marketing company groups. It can include set-up, migration, single sign-on and a service-level agreement. It is priced by a written quote.
