1. Agreement

These terms apply to your use of ISOERP (nrerp.khanwco.net), provided by Khan Waheed & Co. Chartered Accountants. By using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your organisation.

2. The service

ISOERP is an online accounting and business software service for companies and their staff: books, invoices, purchases, stock, bank, reports and approvals, with contacts, tasks and workspace tools, an in-app AI assistant, optional WhatsApp access where available and a connector for external AI assistants.

3. Accounts

You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secret and are responsible for activity under your account. Your organisation's administrators control who has access and with which role.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, upload malicious code, try to access another organisation's data, probe or overload the service, or resell it without our written consent.

5. Your data

Your organisation owns the data it puts into ISOERP. We use it only to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. AI output

AI answers and drafts can be wrong or incomplete. They are aids and do not replace professional judgement. Ledger postings, invoices, tax returns and any submission to a government or tax authority remain the responsibility of the user and the customer's organisation. AI never signs, posts or submits on its own; a human must confirm.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or any service level unless agreed in writing.

8. Fees, free trial and refunds

• Free trial: each new organisation gets a free trial of one month (30 days) with full commercial use. The trial is the evaluation period.
• Price first: the price and what it covers are shown before you pay. There are no hidden fees.
• No refunds: because you can evaluate the service free for a month, paid subscriptions are not refundable, in whole or in part.
• Cancel anytime: cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; you keep access until then and are not charged again.
• No interest or penalties: we charge no interest and no late-payment penalties. If a payment is not made, access may be paused until it is.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Nothing in this section removes rights that mandatory law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Fair dealing. We aim to deal fairly and openly, in line with Islamic commercial ethics: the price and scope of what you buy are clear before payment (no uncertainty, or gharar), and no interest (riba) is charged on any amount.

8A. Free plan, paid plans and promotional services

• Free and paid are different. The Free Personal plan is offered free of charge, for one person, as it is. Paid plans are described with their prices before you pay. What a paid plan includes is what its description says on the day you pay.
• Promotional value-added services. Some extras that come with the free plan or a trial, such as the WhatsApp assistant, the AI assistant and voice features, automatic e-mails and other automation, are promotional value-added services. We offer them so you can experience the product. They are not a promised part of the free plan. We may change them, limit them (for example with monthly fair-use quotas), pause them, or stop them completely, for everyone or for some users, at any time and with or without notice, and without liability or compensation.
• Notice where practical. When we can, we will tell you in advance, and we will say which plan keeps the service.
• Outside providers. WhatsApp, AI and e-mail services depend on providers whose rules, costs and availability can change. A change on their side can change or end a service on ours.
• Your records stay yours. Stopping a promotional service never deletes your accounting records. You can ask for an export of your data at any time.
• Regional plans. Our plans are priced and supported by region. You may choose the plan that suits you. If another plan fits how you use the service, we may suggest it at renewal.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or non-payment. On termination you can request an export and deletion of your data.

10. Intellectual property

The software, content, logos and design are the property of Khan Waheed & Co. Chartered Accountants and protected by copyright laws.

11. Limitation of liability

As is. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranty, express or implied, that it is error-free, uninterrupted, fit for a particular purpose or that it meets any law or standard that applies to you.

Your review and decisions. AI output, calculations, reports and suggestions are aids only and must be reviewed by a competent professional before use. Your organisation alone is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data it enters or imports, for its compliance, and for its ledger postings, invoices, tax returns and filings and every business decision it makes, whether or not the service was used.

Your backups. Your organisation is responsible for keeping its own exports and copies of its data (including in its own cloud storage). We are not responsible for loss of data that you could have restored from your own copies.

No indirect loss. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, however caused, even if we were told it might happen.

Cap. Our total liability for all claims together, of any kind, is limited to the fees your organisation actually paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the first claim, or USD 50 if nothing was paid in that time (for example during the free trial).

Your indemnity. Your organisation will compensate us for any claim, loss, fine or cost (including reasonable legal costs) arising from its data, its misuse of the service, or its breach of these terms or of the law.

Where law does not allow. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited; in that case our liability is limited to the smallest extent the law permits.

12. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Pakistani courts.
