Import and export

Exports

Every standard report can be exported: GET /api/reports/{name}/export?format=pdf|xlsx|csv|html|json. Custom reports made in the report studio export the same way through GET /api/report-studio/reports/{report_id}/export. A printed sales or purchase document is available as HTML or PDF from GET /api/documents/{doc_id}/print.

Exports follow the same role checks as the screens: you can export only what your role may see.

Guided import of old books

Old books are imported in steps, and nothing reaches the books until a person approves and posts:

  1. Upload an import package (POST /api/import/batches) or rows from an old ISOERP copy (POST /api/import/legacy). The package is checked and you get counts, errors and warnings; nothing is created yet.
  2. Map accounts (PUT /api/import/batches/{batch_id}/mapping).
  3. Stage drafts (POST /api/import/batches/{batch_id}/stage), and optionally opening documents per customer and vendor.
  4. Verify the result against the source (GET /api/import/batches/{batch_id}/verification) and ask for an explanation of differences.
  5. Submit; another person posts in the app.
  6. A posted import can be reversed, and an unposted one discarded.

Webhooks

ISOERP does not send webhooks today.
